This policy defines which creators, materials, and destinations OnlyGuider.ads (operated by Eidos.inc Limited, Hong Kong) will and will not promote. It forms part of our Advertising Service Terms. We apply it before launch and continuously during every Campaign, and we interpret it conservatively: where something is borderline, we decline it.
1. Who We Accept
- Adult-content creators aged 18 or over who publish on legitimate platforms that verify creator identity and age (for example, OnlyFans or Fansly), promoting their own official account.
- Agencies and managers acting with each creator's documented authorization.
- Businesses with a genuine, lawful offering relevant to our audience, accepted case by case and only with our prior written approval.
We may request verification of identity, account ownership, or authorization at any time, and we may decline any prospective client without stating a reason.
2. Standards for Materials
Everything you supply for a Campaign — photos, videos, names, bio text, claims, and links — must meet all of the following:
- Rights cleared. You own the materials or hold all licenses and consents needed for us to display and adapt them, including the depicted person's consent.
- Adults only, verifiably. Every person shown was at least 18 when the content was created, with any legally required records held by the responsible producer.
- Real identity. No impersonation of any person, no fake celebrity association, and no deepfakes or face-swaps of real people. AI-generated virtual creators may be accepted only with our prior written approval and only where clearly disclosed as AI on the destination.
- Honest claims. No earnings promises, fabricated statistics, false "free" offers, or bait that the destination does not honor.
- Placement-appropriate. Creatives must meet the rating rules of the placement where they run; explicit imagery is not accepted for placements designated non-explicit.
3. What We Never Promote
We refuse, and will immediately terminate on discovery, anything involving:
- minors in any context, persons who appear to be minors, or adult content staged with childlike styling, settings, or framing;
- child sexual abuse material, in any form, real or simulated — which we also report to the authorities;
- non-consensual themes presented as real, including hidden-camera, coercion, or "revenge" framing, and any intimate imagery published without the depicted person's consent;
- in-person sexual services of any kind — escorting, prostitution, or "arrangement"/"sugar" offers implying paid sexual contact. United States law (including 18 U.S.C. § 2421A, enacted by FOSTA) imposes criminal and civil liability for facilitating such advertising, and we enforce this ban without exceptions;
- any indicator of human trafficking, pimping, or third-party control of a performer;
- leaked, pirated, or stolen content, and sites or offers built on it;
- bestiality or other content prohibited by law or by card-network standards;
- illegal goods and services — drugs, weapons, counterfeits, hacking tools, stolen data;
- malware, forced redirects, deceptive downloads, phishing, or landing pages that misrepresent themselves; and
- doxxing, harassment, or content targeting private individuals.
4. Destination Rules
The Campaign's destination must be the creator's official profile or an approved link hub under the Client's control. It must work, match the creative that led to it, comply with its own platform's terms and with the law of targeted jurisdictions, carry appropriate age-gating where required, and must not trigger downloads, stack redirects, or harvest credentials.
5. Review and Enforcement
We review Campaigns before launch and monitor them while they run. We may reject, edit placement of, pause, or remove any material at our sole discretion, with or without explanation. Budget consumed before removal is non-refundable where the removal resulted from your breach of this policy (see the Billing, Refund & Cancellation Policy). Serious or repeated violations end the client relationship; violations involving minors or trafficking are additionally reported to the relevant authorities.
To report a violation you have noticed in a running placement, email [email protected] with the URL and a description.
6. Changes
We may update this policy as laws, card-network rules, and platform policies evolve; the current version is always posted here and applies to all active Campaigns.
