This Privacy Policy explains how Eidos.inc Limited, a Hong Kong company (Company Registration No. 79032234) trading as OnlyGuider.ads ("we," "us"), handles personal information in connection with onlyguider-ads.com (the "Website") and our marketing and traffic services (the "Services"). It covers four groups of people: visitors to the Website, prospects who contact us, clients and their staff, and creators whose information a client submits to us for a campaign.
Adults only, business use only. The Website and Services are for people aged 18 or over acting for business purposes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
1. What We Collect
From visitors (automatically). IP address and approximate location, device and browser characteristics, referring pages, pages viewed, clicks, timestamps, and cookie or similar identifiers. About creators, from clients. When an agency or manager submits a creator's profile for promotion, we receive that creator's public profile information and campaign materials (name or stage name, images, bio, links, pricing). We process this solely to run and report on the campaign. The submitting client warrants it has the creator's authorization. If you are a creator and your representative has submitted your profile to us, you may object or ask us to stop at any time at [email protected] — we action verified requests within five (5) business days in most cases, and never later than 30 days.

When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymize it; backup copies are isolated until deletion is possible.
5. Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices. No system is perfectly secure; if you discover a vulnerability, email [email protected] with the subject "Security" — good-faith reports are welcome and will not be met with legal action.
6. International Transfers
We operate from Hong Kong and use providers in other countries. Where personal data leaves the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. California Residents
Categories collected in the past 12 months: identifiers; commercial information (orders and transactions); internet activity on the Website; approximate geolocation; and professional information provided in business dealings. We do not sell personal information for money; if advertising cookies are used, any resulting "sharing" can be opted out of via our cookie preferences tool or a Global Privacy Control-enabled browser, which we honor.
